Sarah Dacey Charles
A long year of Change and Deepening
Hi there and thanks for stopping by!
How ya doin? I know it's been a tough year in so many ways, but I hope the budding spring season is filling you up with a renewed sense of possibility.
So, What have I been up to? in short, planting and watering creative seeds and paying attention. I've turned to playwriting and I'm currently on the second draft of my first full length play.
In time, I will have lots of shiny new projects to report, but right now as the world is opening up again, our industry is struggling to find a healthier and more inclusive way to move forward. I'm excited to tell new stories, hear new voices and support what's emerging.
I recently inhabited the First Lady from Plains,
in Susan Lambert Hatem's timely new play,
CONFIDENCE AND THE SPEECH
on Theatre Row. What an honor!
